Winter days in warm Siena The magic of Christmas changes the medieval streets of Siena and her charm without regard to time, enlivening the small markets, decorations, lights, and concerts during these days of festivity.  After Santa Clause visits all of the children, our guests can take part in a traditional Tuscan vigil dinner prepared in one of the more well known restaurants in the historical center, in addition to some of the best local wines.  After dinner is a traditional vigil concert in the Duomo of Siena.

Christmas Day will be dedicated to discovering the artistic beauty and history of the city. After two days of art, gastronomy, what more can one need than and a full day relaxing at the Antica Querciolaia thermal baths surrounded by the splendid Crete Senese. On the last day our guests prepare a typical lunch with their own hands at a local cooking school in a cordial and warm environment under the precious direction of a famous local chef.

We naturally do not fail to cover traditional Sienese sweets, necessary specialties laid out on every Christmas table.

Good food, art and tradition in the heart of Tuscany For Easter 2004, we have organized four days of good food, art and tradition.  A small briefing from our hostess will give you a warm welcome providing information regarding the Easter holiday.  Saturday will begin with an abundant breakfast and then a tour of the most prestigious enotecas and wineries of the Chianti region. A rich lunch in a Chianti trattoria will allow you to appreciate the most noted traditional Tuscan plates of game washed down with the best wines. The tour will then take you on a tour of castles and churches scattered throughout our beautiful Sienese countryside. The day of Easter will begin with an in-depth tour of the historical center of Siena, during which you will visit some ‘contrada’ museums accompanied by our guide, culminating with the spectacular exhibition of ‘falconieri’ in midevil costumes in one of the most beautiful gardens of Siena. On Easter Day a lunch grand feast will be arranged on a Sienese farm immersed in green, renown for the quality and abundance of their specialties. In this ideal location for entering the spirit of Springtime, you will have not only the taste of wines and food of the Sienese table, but also some time to relax in the tranquility of the countryside.
